(FR) Au croisement de diverses influences et courants musicaux, Ways. propose une musique puissante, dynamique et mélodique jouant entre l’Alternatif, le Metal, et le Post Hardcore. Après plusieurs années d’expérience musicale et scénique chacun de leur côté Ways. se forme en 2016 influencé directement par des groupes tels que Architects, Alexisonfire, The Ghost Inside, Thrice, Underoath et bien d’autres.
Après deux premiers EP autoproduit (Watching From Afar en 2016 et Aftermath en 2018), Ways. s’oriente sur une production plus incisive et percutante en proposons une nouvelle version de leur single «So Far So Good» (New version en 2022) produit par Nicolas Exposito de Landmvrks. C’est en février 2023 que Ways. revient à la charge avec leur tout nouveau single «Why do We Fall?», une fois encore produit par Nicolas Exposito. Single qui sera largement mis en avant auprès des médias nationaux et internationaux avec notamment de nombreuses entrées en playlists éditorial Spotify. Un deuxième single «ERASE» sort le 7 juillet 2023.
Après l’ouverture pour des groupes tels que Sidilarsen (FR), Full Throttle Baby (FR), Napoleon (UK), Svalbard (UK), The Prestige (FR), Bukowski (FR), RESOLVE (FR) plusieurs tournées en Espagne, une tournée incroyable à Cuba en Mai 2019 et une participation à l’un des plus gros festival Metal du Portugal, à savoir le Vagos Metal Fest en compagnie notamment de Dagoba (FR) ou encore Jinjer (Ukraine), Ways. continue sa route.
Le groupe annonce son nouveau line up avec l’arrivée d’Etienne (Colossus of Destiny) à la batterie et Anthony (Lies We Sold) à la basse.
Ways. travaille activement sur son prochain CD (sortie prévue courant 2023).
Le nouvel EP du groupe "Are We Still Alive" sort le 1er Mars 2024 et le groupe annonce une tournée européenne.

(EN) Ways. are a Metal Alternatif / Post Hardcore band from Paris, France. Mixing several influences and musical styles, Ways. offers a powerful, dynamic and melodic music close to alternative metal and post-hardcore. The band is most prominently influenced by bands such as Architects, Alexisonfire, The Ghost Inside, Thrice, Underoath and more.
After releasing two self-produced EPs (Watching From Afar in 2016 and Aftermath in 2018), Ways. took a more incisive and impactful direction, presenting a new version of their single «So Far So Good» (New version in 2022), produced by Nicolas Exposito from Landmvrks. In February 2023, Ways. returned with their brand new single «Why do We Fall?» once again produced by Nicolas Exposito. This single gained significant attention from national and international media, including numerous editorial Spotify playlist features. A second single, «ERASE» is now available since July 7, 2023.
After several gigs in France, opening for famous bands (Sidilarsen, FULL THROTTLE BABY, Napoleon, Svalbard, The Prestige, BUKOWSKI, RESOLVE...), many tours in Spain, an amazing tour in Cuba (May 2019) and a participation in one of the biggest metal festival in Portugal, VAGOS METAL FEST, Ways. is still moving on, again and again. The band announces his new line up with Etienne (Colosus of Destiny) on drums and Anthony (Lies We Sold) on bass.
The band's new EP "Are We Still Alive" is released on March 1, 2024 and the band announces a European tour.
